Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Close2u, Inc.and the services described therein (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to a commercial agreement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company, “you” refers to both you and that company.

2. The Service

Close2u provides an AI lead-operations platform for service businesses. A detailed description of the Service, including current features and limits, is available on the main marketing site. Nothing on the website is binding as a commercial commitment — binding commitments arise only from a signed master services agreement or an equivalent written commercial instrument between the parties.

3. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request through the website does not create a commercial relationship, does not obligate Close2u to provide the Service, and does not entitle you to any deliverable. We respond to qualified requests in good faith and at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the website.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, probe, or stress-test the website.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonated demo requests.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures (rate limits, captchas, access controls).

5. Intellectual property

All content on the website (copy, design, images, code, illustrations) is the exclusive property of Close2u, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws. You receive no license or right to our intellectual property except those expressly granted in these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities, nor that any information presented is current, accurate, or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOSE2U, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Close2u, Inc. from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date at least 30 days before taking effect.
